QA Process

Our QA process follows the below mentioned cycle and it’s a sequential process to ensure that we meet the high standards of quality as specified by the client. We work at a quality level of 4.8 sigma.

Training Process

Two phased approach

Our training follows two phased approach,

  • Base camp 1 – Domain and skill sets training
  • Base camp 2 - Process training

Base camp 1 training – leverage expertise

As a yield of existing capabilities on the healthcare domain & well defined hiring strategy, OptiSol Healthcare has the advantage to leverage the rich mix of healthcare training expertise that the transition team and the training team brings in. This training will lay a solid foundation for acquiring and consolidating the healthcare specific process learning at a much faster rate. Base camp 2 – Process Training

  • Collaborative classroom process training and client specific.
  • Work in simulated process production environment- this would be developed with the support of the client who would provide the simulated environment for training purposes. The client training team will initiate the training to the OptiSol’s transition managers and would certify them. Once certified OptiSol’s transition managers would steer the training process to the production team along with the support of the client trainers.
