- Base camp 1 – Domain and skill sets training
- Base camp 2 - Process training

- Work in simulated process production environment- this would be developed with the support of the client who would provide the simulated environment for training purposes. The client training team will initiate the training to the OptiSol’s transition managers and would certify them. Once certified OptiSol’s transition managers would steer the training process to the production team along with the support of the client trainers.
